In preparation for Invisalign treatment I had to have a front lower tooth removed. I don’t do well at the dentist at the best of times, but a previous two molar extraction as a youngster had me a bit traumatized and I swore I’d never have another one. My local dentist only offered gas and I was concerned that may not be quite enough but felt a full general to be overkill for my little tooth. I thought IV sedation might be a good middle ground so I looked for dentists with fabulous ratings and reviews that offered it as an option. I came across Karo Dental and all communication with them was really great from that first phone call. I had a medical style visit first to make sure I was a suitable candidate for the sedation and then a week later I had my actual appointment. I was a mess the day of but all the ladies from reception to the angel that assisted Dr Kahls (my sincere apologies for not retaining your name!) kept my mind off things by chatting with me and was super kind and compassionate. I’m very happy to report that after Dr Kahls asked me to close my eyes, I had no awareness whatsoever what was going on. Never felt any needles, tugging..not a thing! It was all over in probably half an hour and the experiences between my two extractions were night and day. I’d get IV sedation for cleanings and fillings if I didn’t think everyone would think I was completely off my rocker! Thank you so much to Karo Dental for such a positive experience of something I was so panicked about🥰

If you have direct deposit set up with your insurance company, you could potentially be reimbursed within 48 hours. We also do pre-determinations to the companies in regards to treatment so that our patients are aware of the amount they will be reimbursed. I hope this answers your question!
